End user terms: Steady Gantt for Jira
Short on purpose. These are the terms under which UmberSea licenses the app to you through the Atlassian Marketplace.
1. Parties
These terms are between you (the customer installing the app on your Atlassian site) and UmberSea, a business name registered in Ireland (CRO No. 786893), 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Ireland.
2. The app
Steady Gantt for Jira displays Jira issues as a timeline and lets authorised users change issue start and due dates by dragging. It runs on Atlassian's Forge platform inside your Jira site.
3. Licence
Subject to payment through the Atlassian Marketplace, UmberSea grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on the Atlassian site it is installed on, for the licensed number of users, for the subscription period. Pricing, billing, trials, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
4. Your data
The app stores nothing outside your Jira site and sends nothing to UmberSea. See the privacy policy. You remain responsible for your Jira data and for who you give access to it.
5. Acceptable use
You will not reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the app, or use it to breach Atlassian's terms.
6. Support
Support is by email at hello@umbersea.com, in English, with replies normally within two business days. There is no uptime commitment beyond Atlassian's own for the Forge platform.
7. Changes and discontinuation
UmberSea may update the app. If the app is discontinued, UmberSea will give at least the notice period Atlassian requires for Marketplace apps and keep it working for existing customers during that period.
8. Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, UmberSea's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, and UmberSea is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
